Background and Experience:

Fraser has more than 20 years experience of corporate tax, having specialised in tax since qualification as a chartered accountant in 1986.

He joined the firm as a Tax Partner on 1 October 2005, having previously worked with a large European law firm in the Corporate department as a Tax Director. Prior to that, he was Head of Group Taxation for the UK sub group of an international insurance group.

Industry Specialisation:

He has wide taxation experience across a variety of business sectors with particular experience in advising international groups in relation to corporate/employee tax matters, including structuring group reconstructions and reorganisations.

Professional Qualifications and Memberships:

He is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
